- Information you give us. When you call, text or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email and the reason you are reaching out.
- Booking information. Appointments and classes are booked through Acuity Scheduling, a service of Squarespace. When you book, Acuity collects your name, contact details, appointment choices, any intake answers you provide and payment details. Acuity processes that information under its own privacy policy.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technology to understand how visitors use it, such as pages viewed, the device and browser used, approximate location (city level) and how you arrived at the site.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure traffic and see which pages and booking buttons people use. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data on our behalf. We do not use this data to identify you personally. Our website host, Squarespace, also sets cookies needed to run the site.

Health history you share with your therapist, through intake forms or in person, is used only to plan and provide safe treatment. It is kept confidential and is not used for marketing.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No website or online service can guarantee complete security.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Massage for minors is booked by a parent or guardian.
